I spoke with the winemaker on how she achieves such beautiful aromas and flavours, and her answer was perfect - I taste the grapes and pick them when they taste ready. Brilliant!

The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are all grown in Oliver - so expect a hotter, more tropical style wine. Think - bananas, mangoes, pineapple, gooseberry, with just a hint of lime zest and herbaceous character lingering in the background.

This wine is unbelievably aromatic, with a beautiful and round mouth feel.
