Intriguing discussion of - what did you call it? BC brainwashed? - what we call cellar palate or a regionalized taste profile. It’s common, inevitable and easily managed through a bit of disciplined consumption. One aspect is to be physically attuned to the home style; the more egregious is the mental framework that imprisons perspective. That’s more difficult to break free from.
