Last night's dinner

A dear friend of mine knew how much I absolutely *adored* the cuisine in Spain and ever so graciously gifted me with a Tapas Cuisine cookbook. Heaven!

Here is what I made for last night's dinner:

-marinated and grilled eggplant
-grilled garlic mushrooms
-grilled sausages
-grilled baguette
-fresh tomato, pulsed coarsely for slathering on the grilled bread drizzled with olive oil and balsamic
-olives and manchego cheese
