Little things that make me happy

We opened this beauty recently on the morning of my husband's 30th birthday. Nothing better than sharing a 13 year old rosé champagne with your best friends, pancakes and crispy bacon! It was still incredibly vibrant with plenty of sour cherry, citrus and exquisite effervescence. Delish. 

I was lucky enough to find this at an auction for a liquor store that had gone out of business for a steal of a deal. If you can find this vintage in your city, it'll likely run you about $90 retail. You may also recognize this producer - Pol Roger was the champagne poured at the royal wedding!
